This document contains energy perfomance standards for electrically-operated clothes washer that do not require mechanical fastening to a floor or wall. it can be a top or front-loaded and has an internal control system that regulates the water temperature without the need for user intervention after the initiation of machine operation. It also states that EnerGuide label is required on household Clothes washer and the EnerGuide label is voluntary for Household-style commercial clothes washers.
