This decision specifies the labeling instructions for rice cookers, non-ducted air conditioners, clothes washing machine, ballast for fluorescent lamps, CFLs, three-phase asynchronous squirrel-cage motors, printers, copiers, distribution transformers, refrigerators, refrigerators-freezers, freezers, commercial refrigerated cabinets, computer monitors, television sets, electric fans (including ceiling fans, table fans, wall fans, and pedestal fans), storage water heaters, and laptops. Affixing the label was voluntary until December 31, 2019 and became mandatory beginning January 1, 2020.
