Products that meet the definition of (i) an Electric Refrigerator, Electric Refrigerator-Freezer, or Freezer, including compact and built-in products, as specified in the policy document and (ii) the definition of a consumer product as specified in 10 CFR ยง 430.2 are eligible for ENERGY STAR qualification. Wine refrigerators or other products that do not meet the definition of an Electric Refrigerator or Electric Refrigerator-Freezer are not eligible for qualification under this specification.
