Policy Details

This policy contains MEPS and labeling requirements for washing machines according to Department Circular No. 2020-06-0015. The policy applies to the following fixed speed / variable speed clothes washing machines: manual (single tub and twin tub), and automatic (top loading and front loading). Clothes washing machines with a rated capacity of 22kg are not covered by this policy, likewise, spin dryers/water extractors are not covered. The performance data that will be declared shall be based on a Washing Performance of at least 0.6. See more
