The ministerial regulation covers an electric water heater means an appliance that instantly raises the temperature of the water flowing through it without retaining water. Power size of the electric water heater (watts): 1. less than 4,000 watts, 2. 4,000 to 5,500 watts, and 3. more than 5,500 watts.
