Policy Details

This Regulation establishes requirements for the labelling and the provision of supplementary product information for electric mains-operated air conditioners with a rated capacity of less than or equal to 12 kW for cooling; or heating; if the product has no cooling function. This Regulation shall not apply to: appliances that use non-electric energy sources; or air conditioners of which the condensor- or evaporator-side or both do not use air for heat transfer medium.
