The CPRC Adds Water Efficiency Policies to Database
The CLASP Policy Resource Center recently added information on efficiency standards and labeling policies for water fixtures. The products currently covered include “taps or faucets”; “showers or showerheads”; “toilets” and “urinals”. Click here to explore water efficiency policies in the CPRC database.
Policies are currently available for Australia, China, the European Union, India, Portugal, the Republic of Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, and the United States. Users can explore these and other energy efficiency policies that address water consumption using the database.
CLASP explores the linkages between water consumption and the energy used to heat water in order to reduce CO2 emissions and achieve overall sustainability.
