GB28381-2026: 鼓风机能效限定值及能效等级
Source
This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, technical requirements, and test methods for turbo blowers and positive displacement blowers.
This document applies to general-purpose blowers conveying air with a discharge pressure (gauge) of 30 kPa–200 kPa, or an overall pressure ratio of 1.3–3.0, including:
Mechanically supported centrifugal blowers with an inlet flow rate of 500 m³/h–1,000,000 m³/h;
Axial flow blowers with an inlet flow rate of 60,000 m³/h–1,000,000 m³/h;
Suspension centrifugal blowers with an inlet flow rate of 500 m³/h–400,000 m³/h.
This document applies to single-stage Roots blowers conveying air with an inlet temperature no higher than 45 °C and a standardized volumetric flow rate of 1 m³/min–1,250 m³/min, including:
Positive-pressure Roots blowers with a pressure rise of 9.8 kPa–98 kPa;
Negative-pressure Roots blowers with a pressure rise of 9.8 kPa–49 kPa.
This document applies to screw blowers conveying air with a standardized volumetric flow rate of 2 m³/min–200 m³/min and a pressure rise of 39.2 kPa–245 kPa.

Blower energy efficiency is classified into 3 grades, with Grade 1 being the highest. The measured values of turbo blowers of each grade, under the specified test methods, shall be no lower than the values specified in Tables 1–3. The measured values of positive displacement blowers of each grade, under the specified test methods, shall be no higher than the values specified in Tables 4–6.
