This policy contains minimum energy performance standards and mandatory energy labeling for lighting products used for General Lighting Service Lamps according to section 9 of Department Circular No. 2020-06-0015. Products in scope include Linear Fluorescent Lamps (LFL) or Double-Capped Fluorescent Lamps (DFL), Double-Capped Linear LED Lamps, Self-Ballasted Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL), Single-Capped Fluorescent Lamps (SFL), Self-Ballasted Non Directional LED Lamps.
