This standard establishes the minimum content of the energy efficiency label; of the light emitting diode -LED- luminaires for public lighting. This standard applies to luminaires with LED lighting components; which are sold and installed in the national territory to illuminate outdoor areas that have one or more of the following characteristics: roads; parks; or parking lots.
