This standard specifies the water efficiency grades, technical requirements, and test methods for water purifiers. This standard applies to small water purifiers that use municipal tap water or other centralized water supply as raw water and use reverse osmosis membrane or nanofiltration membrane as the main purification element for use in households or similar places. This standard does not apply to large-scale water purifiers with a length or width or height greater than 2000mm, heavier than 100kg, or net water flow greater than 3L/min.
