This policy contains minimum energy performance standards and labeling requirements for refrigerating appliances according to section 9 of Department Circular No. 2020-06-0015. Products in scope include refrigerators and refrigerator-freezers (manual defrost and frost-free) with a minimum volume capacity of 113 liters for domestic and similar use. Freezers are not covered in the scope.
