This Official Mexican Standard applies to all self-ballasted compact fluorescent lamps without enclosure, with enclosure and reflector integrated with any type of base, in voltages from 100 V to 277 V c.a. and 50 Hz or 60 Hz, which are manufactured, imported or traded on the national territory.
