This endorsement label establishes specifications for HID lamps ballasts of the self-regulated electromagnetic type or electronic type for high pressure sodium lamps, pulse start metal additives or metal halide lamps from 39W to 400W. With rated supply voltage of 120V and 480V or at any range of the aforementioned voltages at a 60Hz frequency.
