This policy specifies energy efficiency requirements and methods for determining energy consumption for desktop computers, including integrated desktop computers. This standard does not apply to point-of-sale (POS) terminals, workstations, and client computers. This policy enters into force on 1 January 2025.

This policy replaces TCVN 11847:2017, which will remain in force until 1 January 2025.
