Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 of 1 October 2019 laying down ecodesign requirements for external power supplies pursuant to Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Commission Regulation (EC) No 278/2009
Exclusions: this Regulation shall not apply to: a. voltage converters; b. uninterruptible power supplies; c. battery chargers; d. halogen lighting converters; e. external power supplies for medical devices; f. external power supplies placed on the market no later than 30 June 2015 as a service part or spare part for an identical external power supply which was placed on the market not later than one year after this Regulation has come into force; under the condition that the service part or spare part; or its packaging; clearly indicates the primary load products for which the spare part or service part is intended to be used with.
This Policy is under review by the European Commission and is expected to be revised in 2023.
This Regulation establishes ecodesign requirements related to electric power consumption in no-load condition and average active efficiency of external power supplies. Exclusions: this Regulation shall not apply to: a. voltage converters; b. uninterruptible power supplies; c. battery chargers; d. halogen lighting converters; e. external power supplies for medical devices; f. external power supplies placed on the market no later than 30 June 2015 as a service part or spare part for an identical external power supply which was placed on the market not later than one year after this Regulation has come into force; under the condition that the service part or spare part; or its packaging; clearly indicates the primary load products for which the spare part or service part is intended to be used with.
This Regulation establishes ecodesign requirements related to standby and off mode electric power consumption. This Regulation applies to electrical and electronic household and office equipment.
Commission Regulation (EU) No 327/2011 of 30 March 2011 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for fans driven by motors with an electric input power between 125 W and 500 kW
The Regulation shall not apply to fans integrated in: products with a sole electric motor of 3 kW or less where the fan is fixed on the same shaft used for driving the main functionality; laundry and washer dryers 3 kW maximum electrical input power; kitchen hoods 280 W total maximum electrical input power attributable to the fans. This Regulation shall not apply to fans which are designed to operate under certain specified conditions; potentially explosive atmospheres; emergency use only; extreme operating temperatures; high supply voltage; etc. These types of fans can be found in commercial and industrial buildings.

Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2012 of 6 March 2012 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for air conditioners and comfort fans
This Regulation establishes eco-design requirements for the placing on the market of electric mains-operated air conditioners with a rated capacity of ≤ 12 kW for cooling, or heating if the product has no cooling function, and comfort fans with an electric fan power input ≤ 125W.
This Policy is under review by the European Commission and is expected to be revised in 2024.
Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2024 of 1 October 2019 laying down ecodesign requirements for refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function pursuant to Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council
This Regulation does not apply to: (a) refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function that are only powered by energy sources other than electricity; (b) the remote components, such as the condensing unit, compressors or water condensed unit, to which a remote cabinet needs to be connected in order to function; (c) food processing refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function; (d) refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function specifically tested and approved for the storage of medicines or scientific samples; (e) refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function that have no integrated system for producing cooling, and function by ducting chilled air that is produced by an external air chiller unit; this does not include remote cabinets nor does it include category 6 refrigerated vending machines, as defined in Table 5 of Annex III; (f) professional refrigerated storage cabinets, blast cabinets, condensing units and process chillers as defined in Regulation (EU) 2015/1095 of the European Parliament and Council; (g) wine storage appliances and minibars.

This Regulation shall not apply to household combined washer-driers and household spin-extractors.

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2013 of 11 March 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of electronic displays and repealing Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1062/2010
1. a display; 2. one or more tuners or receivers and optional additional functions for data storage and or display such as digital versatile disc -DVD; hard disk drive -HDD; or videocassette recorder -VCR; either in a single unit combined with the display; or in one or more separate units; 'Television monitor' means a product designed to display on an integrated screen a video signal from a variety of sources; including television broadcast signals; which optionally controls and reproduces audio signals from an external source device; which is linked through standardised video signal paths including cinch -component; composite; SCART; HDMI; and future wireless standards; but excluding non-standardised video signal paths like DVI and SDI; but cannot receive and process broadcast signals.
This Regulation establishes requirements for the labelling and the provision of supplementary product information for televisions.

This Regulation establishes requirements for the labelling of and the provision of supplementary product information on electric mains-operated household washing machines and electric mains-operated household washing machines that can also be powered by batteries; including those sold for non-household use and built-in household washing machines. This Regulation shall not apply to household combined washer-driers.
