1 star (ISEER 3.80 – 4.29) of split air conditioners specified in Table 3.2(h) shall not be permitted for two-stage capacity or multi-stage capacity or variable capacity air conditioners from 1st January 2028 to 31st December 2029, for the purpose of upgrading the minimum energy performance level of such air conditioners.
