This decree specifies labeling requirements for lamps for domestic use, ballasts for fluorescent lamps, refrigeration appliances, boilers, electric motors, clothes washers, drum dryers, air conditioning equipment, calculation method for air conditioners, gas and electric storage water heaters, and gas and electric instantaneous water heaters.
