The ministerial regulation covers three-phase induction motors with rated output power and rated voltage not exceeding 1000 V.

The following three-phase induction motors are not included:

1. submersible motors;
2. motors that are integrated into a drive unit;
3. multi-speed motors capable of running at two or more non-contiguous speeds of rotation by using switchgear to configure the new connection of the motor windings or motor windings to the supply; and
4. motors specifically used for short-cycle duty applications rated (duty type S2).

The ministerial regulation covers double-capped fluorescent lamps, which are straight cylindrical fluorescent lamps intended for general lighting use. It applies to one-phase alternating current rated voltage 220 volts, frequency 50 hertz.

The following double-capped fluorescent lamps are not included:

1. Lamps that provide a spectrum other than the visible;
2. Color viewing lamps;
3. Lamps used in industrial or agricultural;
4. Medical lamps; and
5. Lamps for specific use (not intended use as general)

The ministerial regulation covers single-capped fluorescent lamps intended for use in an external circuit and applies to one-phase alternating current rated voltage 220 volts, frequency 50 hertz.

The following single-capped fluorescent lamps are not included:

1. Lamps that provide a spectrum other than the visible;
2. Color viewing lamps;
3. Lamps used in industrial or agricultural;
4. Medical lamps; and
5. Lamps for specific use (not intended use as general)

The ministerial regulation covers household stoves that use liquefied petroleum gas, defined as a cooking stove that uses liquefied petroleum gas as the fuel for heating power and has a maximum gas emission rate of each burner not exceeding 0.42 kg per hour (or 5.78 kW) and including all burners must not exceed 1 kg per hour (or 13.76 kW) without a grill stove grill, oven or electric stove.
